  The store manager could not explain why the price labels on the rack for the were different than that price the item scanned for, which was even more expensive. However she did direct the people in the department to affects the correct stickers on the rack. She further instructed me to let the cashier know that I was to pay the lower price for the item. Even after using the manager's name the store clerk argued with me over the $0.31 difference. Bottom line, the item was scanned at a higher price than what was on the rack. So be sure to scan your items before going to the cashier.
