Made a 830 appointment to get two windows tinted. Showed up to get it done and guy that does that wasn't even there. They said I could just leave it there and wait. I had them call the guy that tints who apparently picked up a gig doing mobile gaming instead. Got quoted it being done then around 3-4. What is the point of making a 830 appointment if nobody will be there? I rearranged my schedule and got rides figured out to make this work. I have had tint done on numerous other vehicles and they are easy in and out deals. This should have been the same. If something came up they should have called and notified me. This is not how you deal with customers
