  I came in here with my husband & mother in law. We were looking for a mother & child charm that showed we are having a girl. My husband bought me one before but shows blue for our son. We came here close to closing and the lady came over to talk to us. Immediately we were informed that this charm was discontinued & you couldn't order it online any longer. She kept trying to push another charm on us that I already had but the only difference was the color pink on it. We've spent A LOT of money on my bracelet. My husband decided to look on online to see what he could find. Guess what??? There was the charm we were looking for on Kay's website...it's also being advertised on fb for this coming Mother's Day. She was just lazy & her customer service skills were poor. I wish I would have caught her name but she's probably in her late twenties,has shoulder length brown hair and somewhat heavy set.
