After having the bleach on my hair for 30 min my hair dresser tells me she has a family emergency but she'll finish my hair. After putting the color on and washing it out she noticed she forgot a spot. Which is fine but when she re-applied the dye she only waited 5 min not 25 for the color to set. After a week it washed out. It was not a good experience at all.
