  Horrible experience...AT FIRST but quickly resolved! Initially had a delivery date and time scheduled so we packed up our old stuff and dropped it off at a donation center. The delivery time had come and gone so i called the store to verify they were still coming. Was assured they were but were running behind. No problem. 3 hours go by, still no delivery. I call back and was told i was scheduled for another delivery date that I was never scheduled for a delivery on that day. So here we are, nothing in our bedroom and no new bedroom suit. I was livid to say the least. Then the strangest thing happened. One of the Managers actually got on the phone and told me HE made a mistake and was very sorry. He did something nearly no other business has done. He admitted a mistake, took responsibility for the screw up and was adamant about fixing it. Needless to say, I was blown away. Everyone makes mistakes, I know that. So this Manager came out with another employee, AFTER THE BUSINESS HAD CLOSED, and delivered our stuff. Apologizing again to us for the mix up. The Customer Service we received was top notch and really means a lot to a consumer. Also, the bedroom suit we got is absolutely gorgeous. I think...at least thats what the wife tells me.

  The employees at this location have a communication problem . I have called 3x in the last week for them to come and pick up merchandise and they have not showed up . I talk to Brian on Sat 2/10/18 @ 10:48 am and he scheduled a pick up time for today Mon 2/12/18. Of course no one showed up and when I called and spoke with Brian he claims he doesn't remember setting a time up. How convenient and I had to get off work early to be here. If I could give 0 stars I would .
